What Wilmor does
Wilmor makes Meta ads for your business and runs them in your Meta ad account. It reads your website to learn your brand, writes the copy and makes the images and video, builds the campaign you approve, and checks your account every day against the rules you set.
Nothing spends without your approval
Wilmor never switches a campaign on or raises a budget unless you press the button. The changes it makes by itself are the ones your rules ask for: pausing ads that fall under your stall rule, and setting a spending limit on your Meta account based on your monthly ceiling.
Your Meta account
You connect your Meta ad account through Meta's own login, and Wilmor acts on it only with the permissions you grant there. You can take that access away at any time: Disconnect the account in Wilmor, and remove Wilmor in Meta's Business integrations settings. Campaigns already in your Meta account stay yours either way.
Your ads and your responsibilities
You're the advertiser. Every ad Wilmor runs is one you approved, and it has to follow Meta's Advertising Standards and the law where it runs. You can use the ads Wilmor makes for you in your own marketing. Ad spend is billed by Meta to your payment method, not by Wilmor.
What Wilmor learns
Wilmor keeps a record of what you and Wilmor change on your ad account and what happened afterwards: what was changed or refused, why, and how the ads did. We read those records ourselves to improve Wilmor. Nothing trains automatically on your data today, and if that changes we'll tell account holders before it does. Two things never change: your business information, creative and results are never shown to another customer, and your brand, products and copy are never used in anyone else's ads.
Our privacy policy says what else we collect and how long we keep it.
No guarantees about results
Meta decides who sees your ads and what they cost. Wilmor doesn't promise any number of sales, leads, clicks or any return on your ad spend. Your monthly ceiling and rules reduce risk but aren't a guarantee: Meta can deliver more than a day's budget on a given day, and Wilmor checks your account once a day, not continuously.
Price
There's no charge for Wilmor during early access. If that changes, we'll tell you before you're charged anything, and you can leave first.
The free ad and early access
The free ad on our home page is one per email address, and we may stop offering it at any time. Early access opens to people on the waitlist when we're ready; joining doesn't guarantee a date.
Changes and availability
Wilmor is in early access. Features can change, and the service can be unavailable at times. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and email account holders first.
Ending
You can stop at any time: Disconnect any ad account on the Accounts page, or Delete my account on Settings. Deletion works as our privacy policy describes. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or Meta's policies, and we'll tell you why.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Wilmor isn't liable for Meta's decisions, for ad spend on campaigns you approved, or for lost profits.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Missouri. Questions: hello@wilmor.ai.
