How to delete your data
- Disconnect an ad account. Sign in to Wilmor and open Accounts in the side menu. Pick the ad account; its brand kit has a Disconnect button. Press it and confirm. That ad account and everything Wilmor stored for it are deleted. The rest of your Wilmor account stays as it is.
- Delete your Wilmor account. Open Settings in the side menu and find Delete my account. Type DELETE in the box and press the Delete my account button. Your whole account is deleted, you're signed out, and you're taken back to our home page.
- Email us. Write to hello@wilmor.ai with the subject “Data deletion” from the email address on your account. Tell us whether you want one ad account removed or everything. We do it by hand within 30 days and confirm when it's done. Use this too if you only made a free ad or joined the waitlist on our home page and never opened an account.
What gets deleted
When you disconnect an ad account
- The access token that lets Wilmor reach that ad account, and the account details we got from Meta.
- Its brand profile, including the website content we read to build it, and its product photo.
- Every photo you uploaded for it.
- Every campaign Wilmor stored for it, with its ad sets, its creatives (copy, images and video) and any video jobs.
One thing stays: the count of how many images and videos you've generated. It belongs to your Wilmor account, not the ad account, and your monthly video allowance depends on it. It goes when you delete your account.
When you delete your Wilmor account
- All of the above, for every ad account you connected.
- Your name, email address and password hash.
- Your generation history.
- Any free trial or waitlist entry made with the same email address.
How long it takes
Both buttons delete your data immediately, all at once. If anything goes wrong part-way, nothing is deleted and you can try again. Copies in our database backups are purged within 30 days. We may keep a small amount for longer only where the law requires it.
What stays
Campaigns that already exist inside your Meta ad accounts aren't touched. They belong to you and stay under your control there. Disconnecting in Wilmor deletes our copy of the access token. To also withdraw the permission on Meta's side, go to Facebook Settings, then Business integrations, and remove Wilmor.
More detail is in our privacy policy, and the companies that process data on our behalf are listed on our sub-processors page.
